When Native Pet's custom shopping cart broke, they found an easy solution to upgrade their cart flyout and increase AOV by 15%.

So when Native Pet’s custom-built cart literally broke, they turned to Carinna Arvizo to find a solution.

Arvizo is the Ecommerce Manager for Native Pet, a pet wellness brand on a standard Shopify plan specializing in healthy supplements, toppers, and chews. 

The Native Pet team understood the benefits of using a cart flyout, but after attempts at repairing their custom cart failed, Arvizo immediately began searching for alternative solutions.

 

“We wanted to find a quick and simple solution to create a mini-cart. We knew a mini-cart added a ton of value to our website, which is why we opted for Rebuy.”

“It’s pretty straightforward as soon as you get into it," she says. "If there was a video linked to the help doc, I definitely used it.”
