A growing brand seeking a smarter shopping experience 

Huha is a mission-driven company that believes in designing comfortable, breathable, and body-friendly garments that “work with your body, not against it”. They’ve cultivated a loyal customer base that values high-quality materials and thoughtful design. But as they expanded, their ecommerce experience wasn’t keeping up with the brand’s potential.

Marketing Manager Courtney Hutchinson saw firsthand how the lack of personalization created friction in the buying journey. Customers clearly loved the products, but there was a gap when it came to cross-selling, upselling, and product discovery.

“Before Rebuy, our site wasn’t equipped to guide customers toward complementary products. We had great bundling options and product pairings, but customers just weren’t always seeing them.”

Searching for the perfect fit: why Huha chose Rebuy

Huha first discovered Rebuy through a technology partner while searching for a way to implement ‘Complete the Look’ recommendations on their product pages. But as they explored Rebuy’s full suite of features, they realized that it offered much more than just cross-selling on PDPs.

“What really sold us was Rebuy’s A/B testing capabilities. We wanted to make data-driven decisions, and the ability to test different strategies within Rebuy was the thing that sealed the deal for us.” 


After weighing their options, the team at Huha made the decision: Rebuy was the personalization partner they needed.

The impact: more personalization, higher AOV, and increased sales

Once Rebuy was fully integrated, the results were immediate - and impressive.

  • 36.05% of sales were influenced by the Cart Flyout widget.
  • 31.85% of sales were impacted by the PDP (Make it a Set) widget.
  • 25.12% of sales were influenced by Rebuy Cart.
  • 28.71% of sales were influenced by product discovery.
  • Overall, 17.30% of orders were driven by Rebuy, and AOV increased by 5.84%.

“We saw an immediate lift in orders,” Courtney said. “Customers were engaging more with our product recommendations, bundling items, and taking advantage of volume discounts. Everything became smoother.”

A snag-free shopping experience for customers 

 One of Huha’s main goals was to create an intuitive shopping experience that, just like the garments they sell, works with their customer and not against them. They wanted customers to be able to effortlessly find the right pieces, discover new products, and shop with confidence – without feeling like they were receiving a forced sales push.

What's next: expanding personalization with Rebuy 

Huha is now looking at even more ways to leverage Rebuy.

“We’re exploring integrating Rebuy with Klaviyo for smarter email recommendations, rolling out home page product recommendations, and testing Smart Cart and Smart Search.”
