☀️🌴 Along the sun-kissed shore of Mission Bay, San Diego, Rebuy just wrapped its inaugural industry conference, Momentum 2025—an energetic, three-day celebration of the cutting-edge strategies, tech innovations, and boundary-pushing brands that are reshaping the world of ecommerce.

🗣️ Industry icons share the playbooks for success

  • Nik Sharma pulled back the curtain on the playbooks top DTC brands are using to scale without burning through ad spend, covering TikTok Live and YouTube partnerships, retention strategies, and customer experience optimization in his no-nonsense talk.
  • The session Unlocking Omnichannel Success brought together Ciara Lydon (Magic Spoon), Kate Brangan (DIME Beauty), Emma Hughes (Momofuku), and event manager turned moderator Sarah Hatter to break down the mindset shifts brands need to thrive in a multi-touchpoint world. From retail’s power to build deeper relationships to the data challenges of brick-and-mortar, the panel left attendees rethinking their customer journey strategies.
  • MOSH's Tanner Flitter took the stage with Rebuy’s Miles Shattuck for a behind-the-scenes look at MOSH's mission-driven strategy and tactics that turned a surge of new traffic (thanks to Patrick Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver appearing on Shark Tank) into long-term subscription growth. The session even featured a special cameo from Patrick, who appeared via recorded video in a "hidden scene" for a quick round of This or That.
  • Zach Hawtof of Tightknit dropped insights on community-led growth, laying out the building blocks for brands that want to turn superfans into brand advocates.
  • Colin McGraw got technical in his deep dive on going headless with Shopify, demystifying the pros, cons, and best practices for leveraging Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Rebuy’s APIs to build flexible, high-converting storefronts.
  • Greg Collins of Boldr took a more global perspective, sharing his frameworks for building high-performance, globally distributed teams to support ecommerce growth at scale.
  • Rachel Tyers of Okendo spotlighted the most important but often overlooked part of the customer journey—the moments before and after the sale. She laid out a playbook for brands looking to build high-impact, loyalty-driving touchpoints.
  • In a candid conversation, Jay Hunter from MaryRuth Organics joined Miles Shattuck for a behind-the-scenes look at how the wellness brand uses Rebuy to drive subscriptions, boost AOV by over 25%, and build more personalized shopping experiences.
