Let's set up Rebuy Monetize to turn your thank you page and order status page into a new revenue stream. Completely free. Monetize, powered by Fluent, displays relevant third-party offers to your customers right after they complete a purchase. When customers engage with these offers, you earn money. It's a simple way to generate additional revenue without affecting your existing checkout flow. Couple things to note before we dive in. First, you'll need to make sure your Shopify store is upgraded to enable checkout extensions. This allows you to add app blocks to your thank you and order status pages. If you haven't done that, we've linked instructions alongside this video. Second, Rebuy Monetize has eligibility requirements. Certain categories like adult products, alcohol, weapons, and CBD are restricted or not permitted. All merchants are subject to review, so make sure your store qualifies before you get started. Alright, now let's set it up. Head to your Rebuy Admin and click Rebuy Monetize in the left-hand menu. Then click Enable Now for Free. From here, you'll need to accept the terms of service to use Rebuy Monetize by clicking Enable Now, then click Get Started. In the top right, give your widget a name and then click Create Widget. Now you're in the configuration settings. Here, you'll set your vertical and sub-vertical. These should closely match your brand and what you sell, which ensures your customers see offers that are actually relevant to them, which means better engagement and more revenue for you. Once you've configured your settings, hit Save in the top right. And then this is just telling us here that there's one more step to go on the Shopify side of things to install this offer. So we'll hit Confirm and Save. Now let's get this live on your store. So let's click the link to the Shopify checkout editor in the bottom left of our screen. Now we're in the Shopify theme editor and we're currently on the thank you page, but we really advise you put this on your thank you and order status page to really maximize your revenue opportunities. So we can navigate to the order status page by clicking the dropdown menu at the top of our screen and selecting Order Status Page. But let's stick with the thank you page for now. And in the left sidebar, let's click Add Block, and then let's select Rebuy Smart Component. Now we need to put the widget ID in here, so we can go back to the Rebuy Admin and just hit the blue block in the series of numbers right here. Now let's jump back into the theme editor and we'll just paste that information right here in the text field. One more thing to note here. If you are using any other apps to display ads or offers on these pages like AfterSell, we recommend removing those blocks entirely. They can interfere with Monetize and impact your performance. Once everything's in place, hit Save in the theme editor and that's all there is to it. Now, once your Monetize widget is installed and running, don't forget to set up your PayPal information so you can actually get paid.
