Let's set up an irresistible post-purchase offer using Rebuy. A post-purchase offer takes place after the checkout, but before the thank you page, and gives your customer an opportunity to make an additional purchase or purchases after they've already paid for their current order. This is the perfect time to recommend a cross-sell or upsell to their order that is risk-free because your customer has already completed their transaction. So here's how you set up Rebuy Post-Purchase on your store. Let's start in the Rebuy Admin, and on the left-hand side, click the Checkout and Post-Purchase package. Then click on Post-Purchase, and now we've got a lot of post-purchase flows on our test store here at the bottom, you can see. And a flow is basically how we organize and prioritize which post-purchase offer a customer is gonna see. We'll get into that more in a moment, but first, let's click Post-Purchase Widgets right here, and then click New Widget on the right. Now let's give this a name like Post-Purchase Test One and hit Create It. And here's your post-purchase widget. We can adjust all these settings here on the left-hand side to tailor them to our liking, and by default, this offer here is using our AI-powered recommendations engine as its data source to show this specific product to a customer. Data sources are the logic behind offers. If you've set up a data source before and want to use it for this offer, you can select it in the dropdown menu right over here. Or if we hit Edit, we can customize this current data source to return specific products or use custom rules to achieve lots of specific outcomes. Now, I'll leave information on this page of how you can use data sources, but for now, let's keep things moving. The first setting we can adjust is Language. Really any text field you see here on the right-hand side, we can customize with these options over on the left-hand side. Moving on to Product Display, we can decide which product types we want with this offer. One-time only, only subscription products, or both. We can change the default quantity, set up max quantity, and toggle on and off various product details. With the Components menu, we can adjust the timer, callout banner, and product information. If we jump into that timer component, you can see all the different ways we can tweak this to our liking. From the copy to the actual set time itself, and we can add more components to continue to customize this offer. Next up is the Discounts menu. We can change the compare price with how that's displayed. We can add a discount type to really incentivize this offer. So whether that's fixed or percentage, we can see here it just jumped to 30% by default, and it adjusts on the right-hand side. Why don't we change this one to 15%? Again, instantly adjusts there on the right, and we can change the shipping fee down here for this to be free or a set fixed amount. Let's jump into the Styles menu, and here we can change how the review stars would look on the right-hand side. Actually, let me show you what that looks like. So I'm gonna jump into Advanced Settings and just activate one of our review integrations here. Great. Now you can see the gold stars displayed on the right below the product title. Let me jump back in the Styles menu and I can adjust the colors here. So this is the stroke color. So the outline of these stars I could tweak whether that's green or red. And now let me change the star color. Let's see. Maybe I want this to be bright red, or you know what? Why don't we try and be more on theme with this product image, and I'll just tweak this to try and get close to what the colors of the label of this fresh foam cleanser is. Looks good to me. Kind of matching the stars there. We can also increase that stroke width. Play with the star size itself. That looks great. Now, back in that Advanced Settings menu, you can see all the other integrations here that we can customize our offer with. So now let's hit Save in the top right, this offer looks great, and then let's back out of this widget editor to set this flow up to get it live. So back on the Post-Purchase page in the Rebuy Admin. Let's scroll down and make sure we're on the Post-Purchase Flows tab here. And then let's hit New Flow. We'll call this Post-Purchase Flow Test One, then hit Create It. Now what we wanna do is change the dropdown here to the name of the post-purchase widget we just set up. Ours was called Post-Purchase Test One, so I select that, and now this would be good to go. We could set it live right now. If we wanted to, we could set up an A/B test with this post-purchase widget versus another post-purchase widget. I'll leave some documentation on the page about how you can set this up and really tweak an experiment to find the right offer that works for your customer. Let me just remove this here, and we can also continue to build out this flow and have some downsell or upsell options. So for instance, if they said yes to this offer, maybe they wanna say yes to another offer, or perhaps they said no to this particular offer, but maybe with more of an incentive or a different product, they'd be willing to say yes. Great thing to remember here is this is occurring after the transaction is complete, so there's no risk to your conversion rate if you are adding an additional upsell or downsell offer. You're just uncovering untapped revenue from the customers that are saying yes to these offers. Now, just a couple more steps here and we're done. We're gonna hit Save in the top right. Then let's back out of the flow builder. Let's scroll back down in the Rebuy Admin, and we wanna activate this flow. So we can see it there from the name we gave it, Post-Purchase Flow Test One. Let's toggle this, click Turn On. And our flow has been successfully added. Okay, now one last step in your Shopify Admin. You're gonna hit Settings in the bottom left, then hit Checkout on the left menu, then scroll down to Post-Purchase Page, and you'll see "Use an app to add features at the checkout after payment." We just wanna make sure that the toggle for Rebuy Personalization Engine is selected. And that's all there is to it. We have set up the post-purchase widget. We've added it to a flow, toggled that on live. So now your customers will be getting personalized offers after their transaction is complete.
