Lashify made a name for itself by bringing salon-quality lash extensions into the hands of everyday beauty lovers. But like many growing ecommerce companies, the team saw room to increase average order value by improving how customers discovered and added products to their carts.

To make that happen, Lashify partnered with Absolute Web to deliver a more personalized and engaging shopping experience using Rebuy’s suite of tools.

The makeover every cart needed

Absolute Web created a comprehensive personalization plan for Lashify focused on introducing the right offers at the right moments. The goal was to make it easy and rewarding for shoppers to spend more without disrupting the overall experience.

The approach included:

  • A Buy More, Save More offer inside the Smart Cart that encouraged shoppers to add more items in exchange for tiered discounts

  • Personalized upsells during checkout using Shopify Checkout Extensions, based on what shoppers had already added to their cart

  • Product Discovery widgets powered by AI, which recommended related items directly on product pages

  • Cross-sell widgets placed across the site to highlight complementary products

  • A tiered progress bar in the cart that showed customers how close they were to unlocking additional savings.

Each element was designed to increase engagement and order size while keeping the process smooth and intuitive.

Beauty that scales 

Over the course of 90 days, Absolute Web rolled out Rebuy across Lashify’s website. Smart Cart became a central focus, with the tiered discounts and progress bar working together to drive larger purchases.

At the same time, product recommendations and cross-sells were introduced throughout the site. Personalized upsells were also placed directly within the checkout experience.

The team reviewed performance regularly and made continuous updates based on real-time data. This allowed them to fine-tune the experience and improve results over time.

Tracking the transformation

Since adopting Rebuy with Absolute Web's strategic guidance, Lashify achieved remarkable improvements in order value and incremental revenue:

  • When we started (90 days ago): 3.93% of orders influenced by Rebuy; AOV increase lift equaled to 1.45%,

  • In the last 60 days: Rebuy influenced 4.42% of all orders; AOV of these orders climbed to 1.71% higher.

  • In the last 30 days: Rebuy related orders rose to 6.05%; AOV elevated by 2.78%.

  • Last 7 days: Exceptional performance with Rebuy influencing 14.64% of all orders and delivering an impressive 8.64% increase in AOV

What started as a small percentage of orders quickly became a major contributor to revenue. Customers are increasingly engaging with the personalized features, and the impact continues to grow as more of the experience becomes optimized.
