Integrations setup guide
Connect Rebuy with your tech stack (Klaviyo, Tapcart, and more)
Getting Started
Transcript
Let’s walk through how you can integrate your tech stack with the Rebuy platform to create the best shopping experience for your customers. First, we’ll start in the Rebuy Admin, and we’ve actually got two types of integrations with Rebuy that we’re gonna talk about here.
We’ve got those found in the Integrations tab in the left-hand menu, but we also have Smart Cart Apps, which integrate with our best-in-class slide-out cart.
In this video walkthrough, we’re gonna talk specifically about the Integrations tab, but we detail Smart Cart Apps in our Smart Cart installation video, which we’ll leave linked on this page.
Okay, now let’s head over to that left-hand sidebar and click on Integrations. Here’s a collection of some of the best-in-class e-commerce solutions that we’ve built powerful integrations with so that brands can use a connected tech stack that feels like a seamless and comprehensive experience.
First up, we’ve got you covered with leading subscription providers. Next to that, our Klaviyo integration can be leveraged to create personalized email and text messages that increase revenue or surface Rebuy-powered product recommendations and Klaviyo flows to optimize your omnichannel strategy, drive conversions, and improve customer retention.
Now you can personalize the mobile experience with our Tapcart integration that brings our Rebuy-powered product recommendations into mobile apps. And the list goes on and on. You can learn more about each app integration by clicking the logo to see how our personalization platform connects with the e-commerce solution.
Setting up each integration often involves connecting it on the Rebuy side and the e-commerce solution’s side. So we’re not gonna get caught up here walking you through every installation. Instead, we will link some of the most popular help center documentation covering integrations alongside this video.
And you can always find helpful links to our help set by clicking the Rebuy logo in the bottom right corner of your screen and connecting with our support team there as well.
That’s all for this video. Thank you so much for watching, and we’ll see you in the next one.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Understanding integration types
Rebuy offers two types of integrations:
- Integrations Tab
- Found in the Rebuy Admin and used to connect third-party platforms like email, SMS, subscriptions, and mobile apps.
- Smart Cart Apps
- Apps that integrate directly with the Rebuy Smart Cart to extend cart functionality.
This guide focuses on integrations found in the Integrations tab.
Smart Cart Apps are covered in the Smart Cart installation guide linked on this page.
Step 2: Navigate to integrations settings
- Log into the Rebuy Admin
- Click Integrations in the left-hand menu
This page displays all third-party ecommerce solutions that Rebuy integrates with.
Step 3: Explore Available Integrations
On the Integrations page, you’ll find a curated list of best-in-class e-commerce solutions, including:
- Subscription providers: To power recurring purchases and subscription-based experiences
- Klaviyo: To send personalized email and SMS messages using Rebuy-powered product recommendations and flows
- Tapcart: To bring Rebuy-powered product recommendations into mobile app experiences
And the list continues with more integrations that help create a more connected, omnichannel customer journey.
Step 4: Learn about each integration
- Click on any integration logo to view details about:
- What the integration does
- How it connects with Reuby
- What features are supported
Step 5: Install integrations
Most integrations require setup in two places, on the Rebuy side and the ecommerce solutions side.
Because setup steps vary by platform, this guide does not walk through each installation individually. Please click the logo of each ecommerce solution and check out the linked help documentation to see how to set up each integration.
