Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

   The Ka-Ching Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Rebuy, Inc, located at Rebuy, Inc., 6004 St Johns Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55424 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

   The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island), Canada (excluding Québec), and all other countries where participation is not prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

    To enter the Contest during the Contest Period, participants must:

   • Option 1: Play Ka-Ching, enter your email address, and achieve a score.
   • Option 2: Submit this entry form.

   Limit 1 entry per person. No purchase necessary.

4. Contest Period

   The Contest begins on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 12:00 pm PT and ends on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 11:59 pm PT (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.

5. Prizes

   Top Prize (three winners)

   • • Design-Development Packages: Three random winners will receive a design-development credit from an agency partner in the Rebuy network (approximate retail value of each credit: $1,000 USD).
     • Nintendo Switch 2: Included in each Top Prize (approximate retail value of each package: $499.99 USD).
       
       
     Second Prize
     • $50 Gift Card (two winners)
     • Exclusive Rebuy swag packs (two winners)
       

   Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and cannot be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the winner’s responsibility.

   Approximate total retail value of all prizes: $4,700.00 USD

1. Winner Selection & Verification
   

   Prize Packages will be awarded to eligible entrants drawn at random.

   • Canadian Requirement: Before being declared a winner, any selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question.
   • U.S. Requirement: U.S. winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, if requested.

   Winners will be contacted by email within 10 days of the Contest closing. If a winner does not respond within 10 days, the prize may be forfeited.

   Winners are drawn at random and announced on key BFCM dates:

   • • Friday, November 28, 2025
       • First Top Prize winners
       • Four Second Prize winners
     • December 1
       • Second Top Prize winner
     • December 11
       • Third Top Prize winner

2. Odds of Winning

   Prize Packages: odds depend on the number of eligible entries and scores achieved.

3. General Conditions

   The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or undermine the Contest may result in disqualification.

   Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

4. Privacy

   By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Contest, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.rebuyengine.com/legal/privacy-notice.

5. Privacy

   The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), and the federal laws applicable therein. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
