Pricing FAQs

  • A free trial begins immediately after initial install. Rebuy offers an industry-best, 14-day trial for package subscriptions and a 30-day trial for Platform One, plus a money-back guarantee for all plans. After the trial period, standard billing applies and the first invoice will be calculated by your store's OPM (orders per month) count and the aligning tier.

  • Rebuy guarantees a positive ROI (return on investment) for all customers using our products. A positive ROI is calculated by taking the amount spent on the Rebuy platform compared to the additional revenue driven by Rebuy.

  • RGR is all revenue driven by Rebuy within a given period. RGR is only applied to sales driven directly by a Rebuy widget, link, search, or recommendation workflow.

  • Rebuy bills on a prorated 30-day cycle (not monthly). Each bill is determined by the previous 30-day metrics and covers the upcoming 30 days.

  • A goodwill effort must be made to use the product to drive additional onsite revenue. A refund will not be issued for simply not using the product. Refund requests must be made within 60 days of billing on your Shopify invoice. Refunds will be calculated and issued on a per-month basis.

  • All plans include access to the 24/7 help center, robust education materials, and live online support each weekday, excluding US federal holidays. Customers on our Enterprise tier receive a dedicated Merchant Success Manager and private slack channel for questions or escalations.

  • You can find up-to-date information about your bill in the Billing section of the Rebuy Engine app.

    When you first select your packages, we provide an estimated bill based on historical order data. Please note that it may take a few hours for order data to sync, so your initial estimate may not immediately reflect the most accurate charges. This is especially true if there are fluctuations in order volume after your installation.
